Graduating students have three months after graduation until their NCPA email account expires. Before the expiration date,
- Make a copy of OneDrive files on a flash drive in order to copy them to a personal computer or upload them to a personal cloud account like Google Drive or iCloud. To do this, first sync OneDrive files to a computer (instructions). Then, drag the OneDrive folder on the computer to an external USB flash or hard drive.
- Inform colleges, banks, movers, insurance companies, etc. not to use your NCPA email for correspondence. If they have your NCPA email on file you should update it with your personal address so they can get in touch with you after you leave NCPA.
- Make a copy of your school email, if desired.
- Uninstall NCPA Software Center.
- Make sure the alumni office has your personal email addresses on file so you can stay in touch!
Three months after graduation, you will lose access to all your school accounts, so make sure you follow the above steps before then!
